When we say WILD, we envision our Vermont landscape of rolling hills, river valleys, and ridgeline winds. Our beers are 100% wild - wildly collected yeast that offer you a taste of our local terroir. Full of pecan and stone fruit notes, this beer is aged on oak to highlight the nuanced flavor profiles our region has to offer.
