2017 Cuvée

A Very Fine barrel aged sour ale. As we taste barrels for blending, we set aside our favorite barrels to continue the aging process. We then curate a blend from this extra special group once a year. This 2017 vintage blend has cellared beautifully, and contains beers brewed in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Very Fine, indeed, and the last remaining of our hand labeled cans. 5.9% abv.
