Kettle soured India Pale Ale with 100% local hops. We love Four Star Farm's grapefruit/tropical hop terroir. Soured with native lactobacillus. 6.8%abv.

We use only local hops, grown twenty minutes from our brewery, for this kettle sour dry hopped IPA. This beer showcases the bright tropical fruit flavors of New England hops. Instead of west coast hops’ dank citrus and pine flavors, these New England hops offer profiles of grapefruit and bright pineapple. This beer is rich, balanced, and complex, thanks to our native lactobacilli and Brattleboro mixed culture yeast.
