Coolship Plum - 500 mL Bottle

Brewed and spontaneously inoculated in 2019 with wild yeast in our Vermont coolships. This barrel aged spontaneous ale is fruited with local heirloom Damson plums from Scott Farm in the barrel, and is testament to our region’s exceptional terroir. Aged 3 years in red wine barrels. Dry tannins support dark fruit character, with notes of pecan and stonefruit. ALC. 5.9% BY VOL.

We recently began placing a few extra special, very limited products into bottles. These are smaller blends, the best of our barrels, and this bottle will age well for decades. We release fewer than one thousand bottles of each blend.
